Even though the title of this page is “ Lucifer ”, the focus is always upon his CREATOR , The GOD of the Bible, the GOD of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the GOD JESUS CHRIST ! SO We start with JESUS CHRIST! Revelation 22:13 “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.” - New International Version John 8:58 “Jesus said to them, "Truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I am."” - Berean Literal Bible CHRIST created Lucifer with splendor! Ezekiel 28:12 ““Son of man, take up a lament concerning the king of Tyre and say to him: ‘This is what the Sovereign LORD says: “’ You were the seal of perfection, full of wisdom and perfect in beauty .” - New International Version However, since Christ is in control, Lucifer’s splendour and beauty, would only last for a short while. Christ deliberately used the splendour and beauty He gave Lucifer to be his downfall, as these two characteristics would not only divert Lucifer’s focus upon himself away from Christ in the first place, but would also later on (through Satan) be passed onto Adam and Eve for the same reason. That is where the ego came into play, the ego being the number one killer of reverence to Christ, plainly put – a Christ killer! Proverbs 31:30 “Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised” - New International Version This is exactly why Christ has created human beings, for ALL to anxiously reach out to Him and to REVERE Him for who He is! Never ever ignore the fact that CHRIST is the LIVING GOD of the universe, SOVEREIGN and ALMIGHTY ! Never ever forget the mere fact of unfathomable JOY for ALL mankind within His GLORY is NOT given on a silver platter! NO. The composite pain and suffering Christ has endured for EVERYONE as payment FOR our heavenly inheritance, underscores the fact that there is NO highway to heaven at all! Our inevitable sufferings serve as payment for His GRACE . NO amount of works and money can ever pay for that EVER! Besides, how can one appreciate joy, if not through suffering? How can one have divine peace, if not via divine discipline? Btw, that is what the Lake of Fire is all about, Divine discipline resulting in divine eternal joy! To SUFFER, to SEEK Him, to anxiously GROPE for Him and to FIND Him!
