The Glory of Christ is coupled with His Light and His Presence , so intense , too much for any human being to tolerate! Do you also see here in verse eight that shepherds, those with the lowest status, were chosen to be the first to hear about the birth of the Messiah? So important were they to Christ that their status was immediately elevated to the highest rank in His eyes! Daniel 10:7-9 “ 7   Only I, Daniel, saw the vision ; the men with me did not see it, but a great terror fell upon them , and they ran and hid themselves . 8  So I was left alone, gazing at this great vision. What do you know about peripheral images and their impact on the human brain, especially around your architectural wart here, seeing it either in approaching your church, or in drone footages? Do you know your visual system processed this viral structure before your eyes even focused on it? Before you even set foot in your church, this pre- attentive processing had your brain already capture its shape in the edge of your visual field, establishing spatial awareness and with it, triggering mental context and association around the building you entered.
