Ephesians 6:11-12 “ 11  Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. 12  For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. ” - New American Standard Bible Ephesians 6:13-17 “ 13  Therefore, take up the full armor of God, so that you will be able to resist on the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm. 14  Stand firm therefore, having 1 belted your waist with truth, and having put on the 2 breastplate of righteousness, 15  and having strapped on your 3 feet the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16  in addition to all, taking up the 4 shield of faith with which you will be able to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17  And take the 5 helmet of salvation and the 6 sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.” - New American Standard Bible 1 The belt of Truth TRUTH is the fundamental component of the armour of God. No wonder the apostle Paul mentions this vital [seemingly least important] belt in the first place. Without the belt there is no place for the sword . Without the sword there is no offensive. Therefore, without the Truth there is neither the Holy Spirit, nor a counteroffensive. The lie is debilitating, seen in the retreating behaviour of ‘eternal-hell-believing’ so-called ‘Christians throughout the world, when confronted around this false belief of theirs. Only within Truth the Holy Spirit resides ( Galatians 5:22 ). Only in Truth there is agape love, the love of Christ . Truth is unconquerable, with the lie always being defeated by it. ‘Christians’ why then are you SO hesitant to defend a ‘Christ’ that will dump gazillions of people into everlasting damnation? Why are you SO hesitant to even try to [calmly] justify your faith around ‘everlasting hell’, let alone even mentioning it from pulpits? How about cowardice, embarrassment, insecurity and most of all, the LACK of LOVE ! No, you are defending yourself with outrages, instead of embracing the Christ of Love ! Why do you hang on to this ‘hell’ for dear life? Because you WANT to. Because it feeds the innate tendency of man to seek revenge! The German “ Schadenfreude ” perfectly sums it up. Your ‘Christ’ will eternally abandon billions upon billions, but what does the Christ of the Bible say about ALL those people you condemn to eternal torment? John 12:32 “And I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to myself.”” - New International Version Does it at all look like you are free? NO . Do you show persistent peace in Christ in general, ESPECIALLY amidst confrontation from an ‘outsider’, questioning your faith? NO . Don’t you see that this front of yours is made visible in your retaliations, giving yourself away? You are NOT FREE at all, because of the lie you believe. By the same token, does it look like the world is free? No. The world is at war, to this day! And, because of the LIE , because of NOT knowing the Christ of the Bible . Any war starts with the individual at war within him-, or herself. Talking about wars, ‘Christian’, are you taking part in a war where ‘Christian’ fights against ‘Christian’, both of you reading the Bible? Does that look like unity? NO . Satan thrives on disunity as he’s divided against himself Matthew 12:24-26 “ 24  But when the Pharisees heard this, they said, “Only by Beelzebul, the prince of demons, does this man drive out demons.” 25  Knowing their thoughts, Jesus said to them, “Every kingdom divided against itself will be laid waste, and every city or household divided against itself will not stand. 26  If Satan drives out Satan, he is divided against himself. How then can his kingdom stand? 27  And if I drive out demons by Beelzebul, by whom do your sons drive them out? So then, they will be your judges. ” - Berean Standard Bible The so-called ‘Christian church’ is SO divided, with thousands of denominations. Does that look like unity? Of course not! So the bottom line is that the so-called ‘Christian church’ is based upon the LIE , the lie being Satan’s #1 tool for deceit, all according to God’s Counsel. 2 Thessalonians 2:9-11 “ 9  whose coming is according to the working of Satan, in every power, and in signs, and in wonders of falsehood, 10  and in every deception of wickedness unto those perishing, in return for which they did not receive the love of the truth in order for them to be saved. 11  And because of this, God will send to them a working of delusion, for them to believe what is false,” - Berean Literal Bible Will God keep people in delusion indefinitely? NO. Ezekiel 36:26-27 “ 26  I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will remove your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. 27  And I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes and to carefully observe My ordinances.” - Berean Standard Bible What a wonderful message! ALL will eventually walk in God’s statutes and obey His ordinances, with new hearts and new spirits! However, while still believing in the ‘everlasting-hell-nonsense’, you, with no sword, aren’t equipped to ward off the evil one, falling prey to his snares. Holding onto this lie, you don’t qualify as a disciple of Christ. John 8:31-32 “ 31  So Jesus was saying to those Jews who had believed Him, “If you continue in My word, then you are truly My disciples; 32  and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”” - New American Standard Bible Why not make it your primary goal NOW to scrutinize the Bible for the very verses which substantiate the salvation of all mankind? There is ample Scripture on this website to prove that. Matthew 7:7 clearly states that if you seek, you will find! Question is, do you want to seek? Do you have the courage to face the verses you deliberately ignore?
