Satan’s Favourite Target - King Solomon
reviving his Temple into that of a mason
1 Kings 10:23
“So
King
Solomon
surpassed
all
the
kings
of
the
earth
in
riches and wisdom.”
- Berean Standard Bible
1 Kings 11:1
“King
Solomon,
however,
loved
many
foreign
women
along
with
the
daughter
of
Pharaoh—women
of
Moab,
Ammon,
Edom, and Sidon, as well as Hittite women.”
- Berean Literal Bible
Solomon’s
in
all
his
splendour
succumbed
to
an
overwhelming
hunger
for
more
.
He
also
fell
into
the
snare
Satan
set
for
him,
the
snare
of
an
insatiable
love
for
women,
driven
of
course
by
an
addiction
to
his
reproductive
physiology.
God
deliberately
gave
Solomon
feet
of
clay
and
haughty
pride,
to
secure
his
downfall
later
and
because
of
God’s
impartiality
(
Romans 2:11
),
He
especially
chose
King
Solomon,
a
prominent
Israelite
and
the
son
of
King
David,
to
prove
it,
and
specifically
him
to
commit
multiple
acts
of
abomination
against
God.
Since
Jesus
was
to
become
the
third
and
last
Temple,
the
first
two
were
to
go,
irrespective
of
their
grandeur.
Solomon’s
pride
and
downfall
had
to
pave
the
way
for
the most perfect Temple ever, Jesus Christ!
1 Kings 11:1-8
“
1
King
Solomon,
however,
loved
many
foreign
women
along
with
the
daughter
of
Pharaoh—women
of
Moab
,
Ammon
,
Edom
,
and
Sidon
,
as
well
as
Hittite
women.
2
These
women
were
from
the
nations
about
which
the
LORD
had
told
the
Israelites,
“You
must
not
intermarry
with
them,
for
surely
they
will
turn
your
hearts
after
their
gods
.”
Yet
Solomon
clung
to
these
women
in
love.
3
He
had
seven
hundred
wives
of
royal
birth
and
three
hundred
concubines
—and
his
wives
turned
his
heart
away
.
4
For
when
Solomon
grew
old,
his
wives
turned
his
heart
after
other
gods
,
and
he
was
not
wholeheartedly
devoted
to
the
LORD
his
God,
as
his
father
David
had
been.
5
Solomon
followed
Ashtoreth
the
goddess
of
the
Sidonians
and
Milcom
the
abomination
of
the
Ammonites
.
6
So
Solomon
did
evil
in
the
sight
of
the
LORD
;
unlike
his
father
David,
he
did
not
follow
the
LORD
completely.
7
At
that
time
on
a
hill
east
of
Jerusalem
,
Solomon
built
a
high
place
for
Chemosh
the
abomination
of
Moab
and
for
Molech
the
abomination
of
the
Ammonites.
8
He
did
the
same
for
all
his
foreign
wives
,
who burned incense and
sacrificed to their gods
.”
- Berean Standard Bible
Ecclesiastes 1:9
“What
has
been
will
be
again,
and
what
has
been
done
will
be done again; there is nothing new under the sun.”
- Berean Standard Bible
But where did all this start?
Let’s go back into history
God’s purpose and Lucifer’s arrogance
God speaking through Ezekiel
Ezekiel 28:14-17
““
14
“You
were
the
anointed
cherub
who
covers
,
And
I
placed
you
there
.
You
were
on
the
holy
mountain
of
God;
You
walked
in
the
midst
of
the
stones
of
fire.
15
“
You
were
blameless
in
your
ways
From
the
day
you
were
created
Until
unrighteousness
was
found
in
you.
16
“
By
the
abundance
of
your
trade
You
were
internally
filled
with
violence
,
And
you
sinned;
Therefore
I
have
cast
you
as
profane
From
the
mountain
of
God.
And
I
have
destroyed
you,
O
covering
cherub,
From
the
midst
of
the
stones
of
fire.
17
“
Your
heart
was
lifted
up
because
of
your
beauty
;
You
corrupted
your
wisdom
by
reason
of
your
splendor
.
I
cast
you
to
the
ground;
I
put
you
before
kings, That they may see you.”
- NASB 1995
Do
you
see
the
passive
voice
playing
itself
out
above?
So,
did
Lucifer
anoint
himself?
No,
God
did.
Did
Lucifer
place
himself
on
the
holy
mountain
of
God?
No.
God
did.
Did
Lucifer
make
himself
blameless
in
all
his
ways?
No
God
did.
Did
Lucifer
by
himself
engage
in
the
abundance
of
his
trade
(
Ezekiel 28:5
)?
No,
God
did.
So
then,
did
Lucifer
fill
himself
with
violence?
No,
God
did
that.
Did
Lucifer
lift
up
his
own
heart?
No.
God
did
that.
God
gave
Lucifer
his
pride
.
God
does
everything
(
Isaiah 45:7
),
even
corrupting
Lucifer’s
wisdom
by
giving
him
the
ability
to
[supposedly
as
the
‘
great
architect
’]
use
it
for
mocking
his
Creator,
who
is
Christ
Himself
,
the
Almighty
God
of
the
universe!
And
why
did
God
do
that?
To
eventually
show
the
world
the
futility
of
mocking
Christ!
Besides,
Christ
already
humiliated
Lucifer
as
being
profane
, banning him in
shame
!
And the moral in the Bible passage above?
God
used
Lucifer
to
set
the
stage
for
keeping
humanity
unaware
of
its
unawareness
of
Truth
and
for
God
to
change
that
in
everyone’s
own
time.
Ultimately
for
all
to
never
take
anything
for
granted
and
to
painfully
experience
being
purified
into
loving
citizens
of
His
Kingdom
of
unimaginable
joy
and
beauty,
also
in
His
own
time
(
1 Corinthians 15:23
)!
But,
before
we
can
get
to
this
blissful
new
beginning,
Satan’s
own
‘kingdom’
on
earth
must
first
be
taken
care
of,
with
God
‘assisting’
him
in
establishing
his
temporary
reign,
mocking
Christ,
in
vain
.
See,
after
this
Satan
,
his
beast
and
his
false
prophets
(
2 Corinthians 11:13-15
)
will
be
in
anguish
for
quite
a
few
eons
(
Revelation 20:10
)!
Most
Bibles
erroneously
reflect “forever and ever”. An eon has a cut-off time!
