God’s Patience Leads to What?
To repentance… and to salvation !
2 Peter 3:9
“The
Lord
does
not
delay
the
promise
,
as
some
esteem
slowness,
but
is
patient
toward
you,
not
willing for any to perish, but
all to come to repentance
.”
- Berean Literal Bible
2 Peter 3:15
“Bear
in
mind
that
our
Lord's
patience
means
salvation
,
just
as
our
dear
brother
Paul
also
wrote
you with the wisdom that God gave him.”
- New International Version
‘Pastor,
‘Christian’,
don’t
these
two
verses
above
speak
for
themselves?
God
is
a
purposeful
God…
He
knows
what
He
wants
and
He
gets
what
He
wants.
His
will
is
that
all
will
come
to
repentance
and
His
will
always
prevails.
ALL
WILL
come
to
repentance
and
ALL
WILL
therefore
be
saved,
irrespective
of
the
current
religion
at
hand.
Another
two
nails
in
the ‘free will’ coffin. The following message of Paul around God’s patience may well be what Peter refers to above…
Romans 2:4
“Or
do
you
disregard
the
riches
of
His
kindness,
tolerance,
and
patience,
not
realizing
that
God’s
kindness
leads you to repentance
?”
- Berean Study Bible
Is
God
limited
to
time?
No.
He
is
the
One
who
created
time,
for
the
duration
of
man.
He
already
predetermined
the
duration
of
time
until
timeless
eternity
starts
and
eternity
will
ONLY
start
when
ALL
mankind
will
be
in
His
Kingdom
where
man
will
not
be
man
anymore,
but
spirit…
and
where
God
be
ALL
in
ALL
.
Please
notice
my
deliberate
omission
of
any modal auxiliary verb in front of the verb “be” (
ē
(
ᾖ
))… the “be” that is tied to God.
God,
the
“I
AM”
is
ALWAYS
“be”…
ALWAYS
in
the
present
tense.
Just
a
reminder…
you
do
of
course
believe
in
Him
to
be
Omnipresent,
don’t
you?
As
you
likely
have
seen
that
virtually
all
Bibles
reflect
either
a
“may”,
or
a
“might”
modal
auxiliary verb in the verse below. Why? To instil
doubt
… to foster the ‘eternal damnation’ nonsense doctrine of course!
1 Corinthians 15:28
“And
when
all
things
have
been
subjected
to
Him,
then
the
Son
Himself
will
be
made
subject
to
Him
who put all things under Him, so that God may be
all in all
.”

“ hina ē ho Theos ta panta en pasin.”
“ἵνα ᾖ ὁ Θεὸς τὰ πάντα ἐν πᾶσιν.”
“,so that be the God the all in all.”
God
has
already,
before
time,
determined
when
He
brings
everyone
to
repentance
.
This
“when”
of
course
means
on
either
side
of
the
grave.
God
has
many
attributes,
but
the
most
important
attribute
that
overshadows
all
the
rest
is
His
LOVE!
His
love
conquers
within
everyone.
Paul
and
his
fellow
believers,
for
instance,
had
already
been
brought
to
repentance
through
chastisement
in
their
lifetime
on
earth
and
had
therefore
already
been
saved
through
their
true
faith in Jesus’ universal saving grace.
1 Corinthians 11:32
“Nevertheless,
when
we
are
judged
in
this
way
by
the
Lord,
we
are
being
disciplined
so
that
we
will not be finally condemned with the world
.”
- New International Version
#2632 – katakrithōmen (kατακριθῶμεν)
Definition: judged worthy of punishment
To conclude…
Pastor,
‘Christian’,
I
sincerely
hope
that
you
now
realize
the
extreme
abomination
of
having
the
audacity
to
even
attempt
to
make
God’s
Presence
doubtful
at
any
given
occasion…
‘fractionating’
its
indivisibility
with
a
little
man-made
word
like
“may”
or
“might”.
This
“may”
or
“might”
in
front
of
the
“
ᾖ
“
(“I
AM”)
is
making
the
Latter
doubtful,
which
is
appalling
to
say
the
least.
Where
will
you
repent,
taken
this
grammatical
trespass
into
account…
before
your
grave…
or
afterwards?
Critical food for thought!
May God open your eyes and may you acknowledge His ultimate grace for ALL.
