Apocatastasis – Restitution!

Apokatastaseōs (Strong’s #605) appears only once in the whole Bible… in Acts 3:21. This verse is one of the most critical verses in the Bible… proclaiming everlasting joy for all! Acts 3:19-21 “ 19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord; 20 And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: 21 Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things , which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.” - King James Bible “ 19 μετανοήσατε οὖν καὶ ἐπιστρέψατε πρὸς τὸ ἐξαλιφθῆναι ὑμῶν τὰς ἁμαρτίας, 20 ὅπως ἂν ἔλθωσιν καιροὶ ἀναψύξεως ἀπὸ προσώπου τοῦ κυρίου καὶ ἀποστείλῃ τὸν προκεχειρισμένον ὑμῖν χριστὸν Ἰησοῦν, 21 ὃν δεῖ οὐρανὸν μὲν δέξασθαι ἄχρι χρόνων ἀποκαταστάσεως πάντων ὧν ἐλάλησεν ὁ θεὸς διὰ στόματος τῶν ἁγίων ἀπ' αἰῶνος αὐτοῦ προφητῶν.” - Westcott & Hort Original Greek New Testament (1885/1901) Restitution means to have something restored to its original state. Moreover, this verse explicitly states that ALL things will be restored to their original state. If this is not ecstatic news, then what is? You, ‘Christians’, who believe in everlasting damnation… you billions… is this not the time for you to go back to God’s ‘Drawing Board’, the Holy Spirit, to put you on the path of Truth? What makes you so sure that God does not use this page to speak to you? Please read Hebrews 3:15 below. The “Lake of Fire” is not an everlasting event in any case (thank God); it is a place of correction and discipline to the ones mentioned in the verse below. I specifically refer here to the “and all liars”.
